Over the course of many years, we at Bentley have worked tirelessly in providing you with the best possible service. From your initial enquiry; visit to Bentley to discuss installation or supply only and of course, service and maintenance, we are constantly striving to achieve the best for you.
With more than 20 years experience in the stove industry, Bentley Fire Shop has a team of professional, experienced and knowledgeable fitters. Working all over East Anglia, the team are able to adapt to any situation that is presented. Having worked on ancient listed buildings, to brand new and modern developments, a logical and measured approach is used on all installations, taking into account the different needs from one job to the next.
Bentley Fire Shop's installers are all HETAS, OFTEC and GAS SAFE registered. As well as being members of the RAYBURN GUILD and BENCHMARK SCHEME.
Installation works in tandem with the retail side of the business, taking the customer through the whole process, from idea to reality. Bentley Fire Shop can assist every step of the way, making make all the technical bits easy and the boring bits painless.

The Bentley Fire Shop process
- Our installation service starts off with your enquiry or visit to the showroom where we will guide you and give you as much information as possible before booking you into the diary for a site survey.
- Our surveyor will then come to your home talk you through the options available to you and the proposed installation, providing you with on the spot technical information to enable you to navigate your way through to a decision.
- If the quote is accepted, a date for fitting will be scheduled.
- We then send to you a Quotation which we discuss with you either on the phone or in the showroom.
- When you accept your Quotation, we then go through your Quotation with you step by step, paying particular attention to detail so that you will be familiar and comfortable with the scheduling of the work. On the day of installation, our experienced fireplace builders and woodburning or gas fitters who possess the wealth of many years of experience will arrive and talk you through what they are going to do and answer any of your questions.
But we don't just stop at installation. We provide an ongoing service back up for all appliances installed. Aftercare is important to us here at Bentley Fire Shop, so once we have installed any appliance for you, we will always be available to help with any issues of problems that arise over time.
